Mission

The Mission of IMMC3 is to protect clients from mistakes due to counsel’s inexperience while taking advantage of the economic opportunity in a manner that is sustainable for both the Counsel (COL) and the Co-Counsel (CCOL). The principle focus of IMMC3 is the education of the COL, supported by a shared set of values, as mandated by the Codes of Ethics of both RCICs and Lawyers.

Our process is based on helping you meet your client needs by participating with you fully in the process, using experienced Co-Counsels, templates and other resources designed to both simplify file preparation and give the client the best chance of success. Our goal is to work with you until you are comfortable to complete the files yourself, using an educational approach based on doing the work with actual cases, not classroom theory.
